Eyes on the Prize

Matthew 24:9 “Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name’s sake.
10And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another.
11Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many.
12And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold.
13But he who endures to the end shall be saved.
14And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.”

Isn’t it interesting how we want to claim Christ as our savior, but don’t want to know what He says? If we were to sit down with our Bible and just read His words, and weigh His deeds, I believe that most of us would come away with a completely different understanding of who Christ actually is, rather than what we have been taught.

He warns, “Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name’s sake.” (Vs 9)

So we know what is coming, and can actually see it developing at this time. And what is taking place in Israel is part of it. And when war comes it will be between those who claim to be of Christ, the Messiah of Israel, and those who have some other ideology, even godlessness.

“And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another.” (Vs 10)

When one religion comes against another, to kill, maim, burn homes, and places of worship, just because of a profession of belief in Christ, we will begin to see the truth in this prophesy.

“Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many.
12And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold.” (Vs 11, 12)

False prophets abound, everyone who stands in a pulpit and preaches things that are not of God, is exactly that, a false prophet.
So Christmas, Easter, Lent, and Sunday Sabbath all being false ought to be our tell-tale sign of lawlessness.
Following these people will get you killed and then destroyed at the time of Judgment. But still under attack, and assailed by the enemies of Yeshua, because we call Him Lord, Lord.
And those who claim Christ, will deny Him, and even join the attack on Christians and Jews. The Love of many will grow cold indeed, and self-preservation will rule.
But first will be the war, and then these things will come upon us.

“But he who endures to the end shall be saved.” (Vs 13)

If we manage to finish our lives by walking according to the way, the truth, and the life, we will overcome.
For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome.
4For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith.
5Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Yeshua / Jesus is the Son of God? (1st John 5:3-5)

We must keep our eyes on the prize, Eternal life! And we must live in a way that is going to secure our place in the Kingdom of Heaven. Even loving our enemies as they persecute us.
I know this is hard to do, even as I write these things, I am wrestling with my own sense of self-preservation. But I know that Christ is Spirit and must prevail in me. Do not allow these enemies of God to steal our peace, or destroy our faith!

“And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.” (Vs 14)

We must turn from false teaching, seek after the truth, walk out your salvation, so that our very lives become a testimony to Christ. And understand that a phoney Christian is not going to be acceptable to Christ, we’re not going to be able to fool our God who knows our very thoughts.

John 14:23 “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him.
24He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the word which you hear is not Mine but the Father’s who sent Me.”

Now is the time to get serious about our relationship with Yeshua, He is coming!

“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.” (Matthew 7:21)

And when He is here, the first order of things is the judgment, and He will Judge according to the Ten Commandments that reflect the will of the Father.

Sunday Sabbath, Christmas, and Easter, are not ordained of God. Therefore, they are traditions of men, and false teachings!

This is why Christ said, “Well did Isaiah prophesy of you hypocrites, as it is written: ‘This people honors Me with their lips, But their heart is far from Me.
7 And in vain they worship Me, Teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.’

What exactly is the “Way”?


“I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
7“If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; and from now on you know Him and have seen Him.” (John 14:6, 7)

Apparently, it is very important that We know Yeshua, and the Father. because of what Yeshua says in Matthew 7.

He says, 21“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.
22Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’
23And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’  (Matthew 7:21-23)

He tells this because so many of us are laboring under the impression that all we need is to say we know Him, but do not consider God’s will toward us.

Having forgotten about the will of the Father, many of us think that all we have to do is concentrate on Jesus and His name. So we don’t honor our Covenant and its Commandments that were agreed to thousands of years before by the children of God.
In other Words the majority of us have abandoned the foundation of our faith. therefore we have become lawless in the eyes of YHVH Elohim.

Do not forget what Messiah said, “My doctrine is not Mine, but His who sent Me.
17If anyone wills to do His will, he shall know concerning the doctrine, whether it is from God or whether I speak on My own authority.
18He who speaks from himself seeks his own glory; but He who seeks the glory of the One who sent Him is true, and no unrighteousness is in Him.
19Did not Moses give you the law, yet none of you keeps the law? Why do you seek to kill Me?” (John 14:16-19)

Clearly Christ is not in this world to carry out His own agenda! His doctrine is the same as His Father in Heaven. Therefore, if we belong to Him, we will carry out the Will of the Father just as He does.
When He says, “I am the Way,” this is the way He is speaking of, and the truth is God’s Word!

  For I give you good doctrine: Do not forsake my law. (Proverbs 4:2)

Again Christ tells us, “As the Father loved Me, I also have loved you; abide in My love.
10If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love.” (John 15:9, 10)

Our disobedience proves that we do not love Him, for we think we can ignore God’s will, and walk proudly into the Kingdom of God. It shall not be!

And He tell us plainly exactly that. 22Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’
(Matthew 7:22)

“In that day” means He is speaking of the Day of Judgment. and this is the defense of the Lawless ones. They think that they are saved because of their using His name to do many great works. But what they have also done, is forsake the Fathers Law. (His Will)
That undoes anything they may have done in the name of Christ! We cannot have a relationship with Yeshua / Jesus Christ and forsake the Father!

Remember, He said. “I and My Father are one.” (John 10:30)

So many of my friends are hardworking Pastors, but they seem to be oblivious to this! they use the name of Jesus Christ, but they do not follow Him, or obey His Words.
Instead they preach the apostle Paul, without regard to context.
Leading God’s sheep to the slaughter!
For God’s sake, please do according to what Christ has called us for, and feed His sheep, according to the will and the Word of God!
Otherwise there can be no relationship with Christ just as He warned us.

23And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’  (Matthew 7:23)

Choose now to walk in the Way, the Truth, and the life, for there is no other Way to approach the Father.

“I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. (John 14:6)

Now, before He comes to Judge, this is the time to repent and change!

How do we properly thank Yeshua?

Acts 3:19-21 Repent, therefore, and am converted to you, so that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord, 20 and that he may send Jesus Christ, who has already been preached to you, 21 to whom heaven should receive until the times of restoration of all things which God has spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since then
The world has begun.

AI says: In the Bible, repentance is a fundamental transformation of the heart and mind, involving turning away from sin and a return to God. It is a change in mind and attitude that leads to action, a sincere desire to change behavior, and a commitment to living a life that pleases God.

When someone like me sins, there must be confession and brokenness before the Messiah Yeshua, followed by a sincere desire to change. This change for me was to give my life completely to Christ so that nothing would stand between me and my King.
Now I am completely at your service, I have never experienced such grace in my life. Never been more thankful for anything in my life!

As much as I wanted to, I can never go back to my old life,it took me a while to understand that but now I’m fully resting on the rock of my salvation and I can never turn back to my sins.
The old rebel is gone. The new one has arrived!
I’ve come to a place in my life where I had a choice to make, I have chosen to walk according to the Way the truth and life of Yeshua HaMashiach. I will never turn back, but I will cut ties that interfere with my ministry, or anything else worldly that is a hindrance in some way.

May Yeshua use me how He wants, I am willing to take up my cross and follow without reservation.

23 Then he said to them all, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily and follow me.” 24 For whoever wants to save their life will lose it: but whoever loses their life for my sake will save it. 25 For what profits a man to gain the whole world, yet he himself be destroyed or lost? 26 For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed when he cometh in his own glory, and of his Father’s, and of the holy angels. 27 But truly I say to you, some who are here will not taste death till they see the kingdom of God. (Luke 9:23-27)

I have made my choice; I pray that this small personal testimony causes others to examine themselves!
Take a look at what is preventing us from a full relationship with the One we proclaim as Savior.
Don’t give him a reason to say, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you who practice iniquity! ‘ (Matthew 7:23)

But instead we respond to His invitation: “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you relief.” 29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart, and you will find rest for your souls. (Matthew 11:28,29)

I pray you understand my need to be close to my savior and consider what many men are withholding from Him.

Do not let pride stop you!

Exodus 31:12-18 12And YHVH spoke to Moses, saying, 13“Speak also to the children of Israel, saying: ‘Surely My Sabbaths you shall keep, for it is a sign between Me and you throughout your generations, that you may know that I am YHVH who sanctifies you. 14You shall keep the Sabbath, therefore, for it is holy to you. Everyone who profanes it shall surely be put to death; for whoever does any work on it, that person shall be cut off from among his people. 15Work shall be done for six days, but the seventh is the Sabbath of rest, holy to YHVH. Whoever does any work on the Sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death. 16Therefore the children of Israel shall keep the Sabbath, to observe the Sabbath throughout their generations as a perpetual covenant. 17It is a sign between Me and the children of Israel forever; for in six days YHVH made the heavens and the earth, and on the seventh day He rested and was refreshed.’” 18And when He had made an end of speaking with him on Mount Sinai, He gave Moses two tablets of the Testimony, tablets of stone, written with the finger of God. Yehovah spoke to Moses And gave Him last minute instructions. He instructed His servant Moses to make certain of this one thing. To make certain that they know that the Sabbath is what secures our acceptance by the Father. The Sabbath is a sign of our sanctification, and is His Mark on His people. “‘Surely My Sabbaths you shall keep, for it is a sign between Me and you throughout your generations, that you may know that I am YHVH who sanctifies you.’” (Vs 13) So now, we must not forsake His Sabbath if we want to say we belong to Yehovah, or Yeshua Christ. The 7th Day is also set apart and sanctified as His specific day that we should keep it set apart for Him, a day of rest! He said, “Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. 9Six days you shall labor and do all your work, 10but the seventh day is the Sabbath of YHVH Elohim. In it you shall do no work: you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your cattle, nor your stranger who is within your gates. 11For in six days YHVH made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day. Therefore YHVH blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it.” (Exodus 20:8-11) We can say that this Sabbath was set apart for Jews, or for Israel all we want, but we have to remember that when the Sabbath was created there was neither Jews nor Israel. The Sabbath was made Holy and set apart from all other days on the 7th day of creation. The Father is very serious about this. So much so, that He promises death to those who profane it. “You shall keep the Sabbath, therefore, for it is holy to you. Everyone who profanes it shall surely be put to death; for whoever does any work on it, that person shall be cut off from among his people.” (Vs 14) This day is Holy, and established by the only creator there is. He will not be challenged or mocked by anyone. He will take our lives simply because of our disobedience! Then to make certain we hear and obey; He tells us again. Saying, “Work shall be done for six days, but the seventh is the Sabbath of rest, holy to YHVH. Whoever does any work on the Sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death.” (Vs 15) So here is the Mark that Abba Father gives His Children. Do we belong to Him? I pray that we do, so that we will live, there is no living in His presence without a willingness to live for Him and to honor Him. The apostle John says, 5This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that YHVH is light and in Him is no darkness at all. 6If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. (1st John 1:5, 6) We cannot stay in His presence and live contrary to His Will. His House, His Rules!

Thankfully, we have Christ as our advocate, who will see to it that we understand these things. But He also speaks in agreement with these things. Yeshua tells us, “My doctrine is not Mine, but His who sent Me. 17If anyone wills to do His will, he shall know concerning the doctrine, whether it is from God or whether I speak on My own authority. 18He who speaks from himself seeks his own glory; but He who seeks the glory of the One who sent Him is true, and no unrighteousness is in Him.” (John 7:16-18) Clearly, Christ Yeshua is not going to put any distance between Himself and the Father, they are one in every respect. “I and my Father are one!” (John 10:30) Then listen to Him, as He tells us how most of us will die by our own pride and stupidity, on the day of judgment. 41 “The Son of Man will send out His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all things that offend, and those who practice lawlessness, 42 and will cast them into the furnace of fire. There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth. 43 Then the righteous will shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears to hear, let him hear!” (Matthew 13:41, 42) You can continue to follow the Roman Catholic Sabbath if you want. But understand that our lawlessness, and our disobedience to Yahovah Elohim, is not only separating us from His sanctification, But joins us to the Pope, and the beast of the Anti-Christ. You will not live because of it! Consider now, that what happens to us, and what we have brought on ourselves, by our wayward disobedience to God. It is our unwillingness to follow the scriptures, that could have put us on the right path, but we ignored it. This will be the death of so many of us. But our repentance and the return to the Way, the Truth, and the Life of Christ, will restore us to our Elohim. Do not let pride stop us from getting right with Yehovah Elohim! Humble yourself before Him, repent and return to Yeshua, and obey Him. He Said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” (John 14:6) There is no other way!

Hear The Good Shepherd and be led by Him

Yeshua, (Jesus) gave His life, obedient to the Father’s will, so we can be saved, rescued, with a life more abundant. He sets the captives FREE. And freely you will receive when you believe by faith and seek Him, seek to be led by Him. We need our own relationship with Yeshua, The Good Shepherd and not what a man with his own motives tells us it should look like. Sanctification by fire of the Holy Spirit must begin here, accepting Him and seeking to follow Him.

In the next photo, you’ll read about Peter and his faith. Faith enough to get out of the boat and walk on water to the Messiah. Peter is my favorite for getting out of the boat! A very cool and supernatural experience, indeed, but the important takeaway is when Peter looked at the wind with fear, he took his eyes off Yeshua, and he began to sink. Yeshua reached out and rescued Peter and they walked on the stormy water together back into the safety of the boat and the storm was calmed. In these perilous times, I cannot stress enough the importance of keeping our eyes on Yeshua, trusting Him to lead us out to safety which is only in His will for our lives, whatever it may look like to others. Do not doubt and do not be afraid. The enemy, Satan and his army, gains their footholds in our lives by the open door of sin, anger, unforgiveness, and yes, fears and doubts! Yes, there will be storms, but you can have a good shepherd to guide you home that is eternal life with Him!

Today, the boat without Yeshua in it reminds me of organized religion, denominations that teach lawlessness and do not have their eyes on Messiah. So many are like this boat being tossed to and fro, running after the ways of the world, self-serving, clinging to the traditions of men like Easter and Christmas. Some, already profaning Yahweh’s Sabbaths, will change their meeting time to accommodate members watching the Super Bowl. The people have fears and doubts and do not know how to live lives pleasing to Yahweh Elohim, our creator God. They aren’t being taught how to walk in His ways or to study for themselves.

🐑 His sheep know His voice and they FOLLOW HIM. Have a good shepherd in your life, it’s the best decision you’ll ever make!

For us who have gotten out of the boat and have been rescued by Yeshua in the midst of the storms, we need to walk with Him back to the boat. He didn’t save us to be silent. The people we love are still in that boat, lost at sea, and desperately need Yeshua’s calming peace for the raging storms still to come.

There Is A Fountain..

A letter to my beloved family, a family by choice. I came to believe on Jesus and was saved and baptized when I was 7 years old; definitely straying away when following the Grateful Dead, but I did hear God’s voice come through the music… We heard a song about a fountain not made by the hands of men but how could he not know the Way home? “…because they have forsaken the Lord, the fountain of living waters. Heal me, Oh Lord, and I shall be healed; save me and I shall be saved: for thou art my praise.” -Jeremiah 17:13-14

The spirit of likeminded people gathered together is powerful. Unfortunately, more love was felt and witnessed at a Grateful Dead concert than at any church I ever attended. People showing love, ministering to each other’s needs and yeah, unfortunately in the blindness of sin, giving way to desires. It is a sad state of affairs when people are more moved by spirit of likemindedness at concerts and political rallies or mega churches where the truth is not taught. In fact, I’ve heard Widespread Panic fans call it church; because of the brotherhood, the love. Love and the spirit of likemindedness should be felt at church; if everyone was focused on their love for what Jesus did on the cross for them, it would be like that at church. It is written in Revelation 2:4, To the church in Ephesus: “Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love”.

I sang hymns in church about when we get to heaven and see Jesus and we will shout the victory, praising our savior throughout eternity. Jerry Garcia’s death touched so many all around the world. My first thought was for his eternal soul. I’d heard him sing it… how could he sing about the fountain and not know the Way? So, I went searching for proof that he did know the way and I found it. 🎵 “You better take Jesus with you, He’s a true companion, for I know without Him, you’re never gonna find the way” -And Jerry sang it on a train, to his family, those closest to him, and those who were listening…❣️Janis Joplin and other bands were also on that train 🙏🏼

Won’t you accept Christ into your life and join us in the final jubilee, praising Yeshua (Jesus) our savior, throughout ETERNITY?

Spirit Abuse and Freedom in Forgiveness

Asking and accepting forgiveness from Yahweh, God/Jesus (Yeshua) …. Whew! This can be the easiest and hardest thing, but at the same time, will be the most important thing you will ever do in your life! Jesus gave his life on the cross so you could live forever in heaven not hell; but also live free today from the burdens in your life, beyond circumstances, free in your heart and mind, a clean body and clear conscience….

I remember being so filled with rage, hatred for my birth family, rejection from so-called church family. I asked Jesus into my heart at age 7, was baptized, and life became really confusing with all the hypocrisy. I was beaten with a belt, yelled at and cussed, watched my parents fight constantly and was still expected to act like everything was perfect when showing up at church (every single service, I was never allowed to skip church). Yes, I suffered spiritual abuse and trauma at the hands of others from birth, so I do understand how difficult the concept of forgiveness is when you’ve been hurt, abused, traumatized and have to come to grips with knowing that same forgiveness is offered to your abusers…. Yeah, Yeshua (Jesus) died for all…. So it’s scary, accepting forgiveness for yourself also means understanding that free gift of forgiveness is for everyone, including ‘them’. 😒 Pray for forgiveness and for them anyways, resentment can destroy YOU! You’re not hurting them by hanging on to the hate, they don’t even care or think about it anymore!

Not knowing what to expect when releasing fear can then create more fear and keep you frozen from action. This is a tool of the enemy. Procrastination is one of the biggest maladaptive coping skills a traumatized person has. Most of our coping skills are maladaptive and sinful, it was our nature and we developed survival mechanisms. As children, the abused learn to manipulate and deceive from early on only as an attempt to forge a safer environment and get their needs met. Still yet, this creates a myriad of challenges as adults in our relationships and daily decision making. Asking for and acceptance of forgiveness begins the journey out of fear and into love. Jesus can change your mind, heal your heart, and change your life if you let him.

Hind sight being 20/20 they say… I can now see that for so long, it was my choice to hold on to the pain, fear, and suffering. At some point, I agreed with my abusers that I wasn’t worthy of love or God’s mercy and forgiveness and I began abusing my own spirit with sin. I found alcohol and drugs in my early teens, I was date raped so why stay chaste? I realize now that it was always my choice to take that pain with tears to Jesus or internalize it and numb that pain away with sinful, prideful, promiscuous behavior. I hated the person I had become; I was a fat, lazy, drug addict that wouldn’t take care of her kid. I was someone totally unrecognizable in my sins. Abusing my own spirit with the sins in my life was a choice, yuck! 🤮. So the road back had to begin with forgiveness for myself. There’s no pill you can take that can change your past but Jesus Christ can make living with yourself peaceful. Seriously, I was praying just for tolerable, but I have found peace with myself and my family through our Savior and Lord Jesus Christ, Yeshua. Truly the peace that surpasses all understanding!

The pivot point for me was realizing that I needed to start showing up for myself, that as a child of the King, I am worthy of making the hard choices for myself and my daughter. I do deserve the life YHWH (God) has for me. I don’t have to allow Satan to steal my joy, I am an adult and capable of making my own right choices despite what was done to me as a child and the consequences of my poor choices since then. Don’t settle for a deception, don’t deceive yourself. There is freedom in forgiveness and remember, it’s not for ‘them’, in fact ‘they’ may never know unless you tell them. Forgiveness is for YOU, for your peace of mind! Ask for it, receive it, ask to be shown a different, better way, be shown how to choose love over fear. Love yourself. Don’t choose spirit abuse by walking in sin. Instead, choose spirit nurturing by following in the footsteps of Yeshua (Jesus).

“Blessed are they whose sins are forgiven, and whose sins are covered.” -Romans 4:8 🕊️🙏🏼

“Don’t be like the world: be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God” -Romans12:2 🙌🏼
